Solid vibes all evening!
First of all Boney James is always full of energy and very entertaining and this night was no exception! The audience was very laid back and vibin’ the whole evening. The band was OFF THE CHAIN, they were so tight!
Besides the man himself, the highlights of the evening performance were the drum solo by Omari Williams, guitar solo by “Big Mike” Hart and vocals on the track “Be Here” by keyboardist, Jonathan Richmond (studio recorded vocals by Kenny Lattimore) everyone showed out flawlessly! I loved how they each had the chance to shine!
This was my first jazz concert in 20 months! I thoroughly enjoyed the concert from beginning to end. The only drawback was that it began about 30min late, however the exceptional show made up for it because the groove was definitely SOLID!
