Reliving the 70s!
On the evening of March 24, 2024, Memorial Hall OTR in Cincinnati, Ohio, was the stage for a nostalgic journey back to the 1970s as Ambrosia took center stage. The venue was abuzz with excitement as fans, both old and new, eagerly awaited the iconic band’s performance.
Beginning on time at 8pm the show kicked off with the enchanting melody of “Nice, Nice, Very Nice,” Ambrosia immediately transported the audience to a bygone era. The transition into the beloved classic “You’re the Only Woman” set the tone for an evening filled with timeless hits and unforgettable memories. Despite the passage of time, Ambrosia’s musical prowess shone brightly throughout the 35-minute opening set. The packed hall reverberated with applause and cheers as the band delivered one chart-topping hit after another, leaving no doubt that their music had stood the test of time.
Following a brief 20-minute intermission, anticipation ran high as Ambrosia returned to the stage and their performance resumed with renewed energy. The audience was captivated with soulful renditions and engaging anecdotes from their career. Nevertheless, Ambrosia’s concert at Memorial Hall OTR was a success going down memory lane which reaffirmed the band’s status as icons of the 70s. For those fortunate enough to be in attendance, it was a night filled with nostalgia, joy, and the enduring magic of Ambrosia’s timeless hits.
